Because You’ve Maybe Never Planned A Wedding Before…

How does this work?

It’s the greatest mystery of the wedding industry how everyone expects people who have never done this before to know exactly how this all works… but I digress.

  • First, send us an email through the contact form
  • We’ll email you back with some details
  • From there, we’ll hop on a call (zoom or phone)
  • If we’re a good fit, we will send over a contract and an invoice
  • A signed contract and paid retainer reserve your date
  • Then you’re booked (!!!) and all the magic begins

At the risk of sounding totally trite, we are adventurers. We love the flexibility that photography allows us to travel, try new things, and go where the wind takes us.

No, we don’t.

That’s wonderful! Over the years, we have discovered that it works best to have your generous friend give you the money directly, instead of risking any confusion about who our client is. It’s your wedding day, you’re our client, and not having anyone else’s payment information involved makes that clearer for everyone. Feel free to reach out if you have questions about that.

Send us an email, and we can totally chat about it. In our experience, 4 hours is about the minimum amount of time that allows us to fully capture a wedding day without undue stress, rushing, or artifice.

We generally prefer to stay in Western Massachusetts, but in some cases, we are down to travel. Send along the details and we’ll see what we can do for you!
